This franchisee is doing a terrible job running this place compared to the one in Ballantyne. They are always understaffed and disorganized. A very busy Saturday night, all the surrounding restaurants are packed and this place has 1 wok cook! There were 6 in our party and the meals came out one at a time! The first person served was almost done their meal about the time the sixth person got theirs! The soda machine was missing half the choices and we were told someone was coming next Monday to replenish the tanks. The faucet in the ice tea container was dripping and the catch tray was full so it was leaking all over the counter and the floor. The food quality was not great, no fortune cookies, no soda cup lids, the floors were sticky! Won't be frequenting this restaurant again unless things improve dramatically!
