The drinks are absolutely delicious, however the location in Richmond Hill is not ideal. The place is crowded and there's not a lot of room. It's best to take out if you want something from there.
Also, customer service can definitely be much better. Every time I've gone, it had always been the same person on cashier who had a lot of attitude. I understand the place is going to be busy no matter what kind of customer service she gives but at least treat people with respect and not brush them off so easily. I took my cousin from England there and of course she was taking a while to make her decision since there were many options. It's great they have he top 10 drinks to choose from. However, the cashier was obviously super impatient with her. On top of that when my cousin got her drink, she poked the straw in the drink and the bottom of the cup started leaking. Here we were thinking we had to talk to the cashier again, but luckily the other workers behind her noticed the leak right away and gave us a new drink. Phew!
