I would not return to this store. I have had two fractures in the same foot, and needed a pair of sandals for the summer that would give me good support. I chose Foot Sensation because supposedly they have experts working there and would give me good attention. I was given a warm and friendly greeting with my appointment, and lots of attention (I was the only one there at the time). Because I need metatarsal support, I was recommended the Finn Comfort rocker sole sandal. The sandal felt good on my foot as I walked around and fit well, so I decided to go with that. Well, when I started wearing it, I was in pain within an hour - in my knees and back. I tried again for several days in a row, but was always in pain. I took the shoes back to the store, but they would not let me return them. I was told that I had tried to break them in too quickly - note that I never received *any* instruction on breaking in a rocker sole when I purchased these shoes. I took the shoes to my osteopathic physiotherapist, who did a mechanical assessment and discovered that my pelvis completely locked up when walking in these shoes. After doing some research on rocker soles, it is clear that these shoes are *not* for everyone, and some experts even recommend *training* to use them. I then wrote a letter to the manager of that store - 2 months later and I have received no acknowledgement that the letter was received and read. Their salespeople lack training and they don't care.
