I'm not one to do reviews but this company was so bad that I had to share my experience. First note that this company was selected through my home warranty provider. Our AC went out on 5/24/17 we placed our service request only to find out no one would be out until 5/26. The tech came out and says the AC just needs freon so he charges the AC and goes on his way. The unit still doesn't work, we call 5/27 only to be told no one can be out until 5/29. 5/29 comes around and they tell us that we need a compressor, which takes 2-3 days because of home warranty. So now the AC will be "fixed" on 6/2, so the tech comes out installs and charges the compressor. It works for about 30 hours then stops working. Here's the crappy part we call Air Squad and leave a message... NO ONE CALLS US BACK. You would think that after a week and a half in the early Vegas summer at least a manager or someone would have called and addressed the situation.... nope, crickets. Air Squad will be a name that I remember for their absolutely awful service.
