I'd like to provide feedback on my experience at the store today.. Great inventory as always. I really like the points program, I was able to pay for part of my transaction with them today. My concern was the customer service provided to another customer- in which I was an observer while I shopped. He seemed like a difficult customer and there was also a language barrier but the female employee was just as confrontational as he was- when he became more frustrated, she matched his frustration, telling him he's not the only customer that orders that particular item and was very rude when saying, "I'm texting the owner now." As to make a claim that the owner was behind her behavior. I understand part of her assertiveness but it was uncomfortable as an observer. The part I particularly didn't find professional was after the customer left, she was loudly speaking to another employee about him. She carried on saying, "He said then he'll return it, and I said 'No you won't because there's a 30 day return' so dumb. I can't stand that.." I hope this reaches the right eyes and that this young female employee learns that talking bad about a customer in front of other customers never looks good. That she can't take those type of interactions personal, and she is representing more than just herself. The gentleman that rang me up was very pleasant and didn't interact with the two females that were talking. He greeted me with a smile and was very professional.
