Will never return to this dealer. 1. Tried to buy a Tacoma Pro truck from them and they wanted to gouge me for $5,000. 2. Flew to San Diego, bought the exact truck with no gouge, drove it back to AZ. 3. Went to Big Two for service. Gave them a week for my return. Told them the exact day and time I would return. They did not even bother to wash or clean the truck. Many excuses. Left a message for the GM, he did not think I was worthy of a call back. Tried to call the Service folks, on hold for over fifteen minutes. Same message, "three people in front of you." I hung up. They have a barber shop, wifi and all kinds of other amenities. How about the basics; wash my vehicle when you are done; and pick up your phone. We all have choices where to shop and conduct business. I shall go elsewhere to people who actually care about real customer service. They had two great opportunities to impress and win my loyalty. Galactic fail. I do not need a haircut, I need my truck taken care of. They are confused about real priorities.
