My husband and I had the pleasure of trying Pearlz for the first time this evening, and we were not disappointed. The place is really neat looking, there's a lovely mix of menu choices and the wines and craft beers were very nominally priced. Our server Sarah knew her job well and moved quickly (she's also lots of fun!). We were also welcomed by General Manager, Chad Rogers who spent more time chatting with us (interested in our ideas and asking what we thought of some of his). My husband devoured his fish and chips (they make their own chips) and I enjoyed my lighter dish, a tasty linguine in garlic and olive oil with fresh shrimp. Pearlz is definitely on our top ten Charlotte restaurant list after just one visit! That's a good place to be considering we eat out several times a week :-)).
