Who needs a sit down Mexican Restaurant with Americanized Mexican Cuisine when Mexico is willing to come to you? I grubbed out when Quality was at the Springs Preserve and man oh man, was that great. My wife was blown away. The owner told me they will cater just about any size shindig, so we are gonna use them for a party for my crew. Authentic, tons of food, and anywhere you want it.
