Had a good in stone experience looking at carpet and flooring but the follow up has been very difficult. When I did hear back from an employee they said that the person only measured for carpet and not flooring and had to send an estimator back. I wasn't sure why because it should be based on sq. footage. The employee said they would call me back and never did so I called back to speak with someone in the sales department. The person picking up the phone in flooring was extremely rude, said she couldn't help, and she could have someone call me back. She then proceeded to hang up the phone without saying thank you or even acknowledging my concern. I just thought the company would make an effort to actually help me and sell me floors. I guess not.
