Response: The owners response is comical. First of all there was not $150 removed from my bill. I paid $650 (for a two bedroom apt) which I will upload a screenshot of which is technically more then the "one price" move should have been. If he did in fact remove $150 you mean to tell me this "one price" move should have been $800? Also- I moved into a brand new building that was just built a year ago and not only are the elevators very wide but there are also very wide stairs right next to the elevator so even if this were true why not have your 6 men utilize the stairs? Why would I be told the damage would be fixed only for you to then ignore my attempts to reach you? I'm sure it's easy for you to call the damage small when it's not your furniture but it is not my bed is RUINED! The blatant lies are disgusting and I'll be sure to let everyone I know who moves to avoid you at all costs.
