I waited a bit long, but that's because they were running behind that day. Seeing as I work in customer relations where that kind of thing happens all the time, I totally understood.
All of their equipment is state-of-the-art; I felt like a robot was looking at my eyes, which was kind of awesome. The staff is very helpful and kind; they went out of their way to find glasses for me which didn't make me look like a kid (I'm petite, so I sometimes buy kids' glasses). The doctor is wonderful, too; she doesn't rush, and she answered all of my questions. Also, I had been having trouble with my contacts, and it turns out my former doctor hadn't given me contacts to correct my astigmatism. They gave me a good discount on the contacts, as well as free samples since my type of insurance only covers glasses. I really appreciate everything the staff did: they are a fantastic group of folks.
