Over a period of several months I gave these people over $20,000.00 for implants. Dr. Paul was fantastic. I can't say that though for their front office staff. I wanted to have another front tooth fixed and was told that they'll do a price break-down for me and call me. I lost track of time and apparently so did their front office staff. Didn't get a call until at least a month later. I called back to their office twice and got no call back at all. Left a message the first time and spoke with someone the second time. I was told that she would have Lilly call me back. It is now over 6 months later and still no call. I called their office today to book an appointment with Dr. Paul. Got the answering machine again and time will only tell if they ever call me back.
