Says environmentally friendly which may be true but these guys are also cheapskates. And extremely expensive. After 10 years as a customer they screwed up and owed me 50 cents, but rather than say forget it, they went through all the paperwork and took 10 minutes of my time to correct the problem so they didn't miss out on 50 cents. Customer service? Methinks no. They also tried to charge me for a coat when it was a jacket. Ridiculous,
