So I've been to see Dr. Arthurs twice now and I have to say I'm impressed. The staff has been fantastic. Very prompt, professional, and has followed up on everything that I've asked in regards to insurance and appointments. More than I expected really. Dr. Arthurs is very professional, has great bedside manner, and has explained everything to me in plain English. He takes my comfort and safety as his number one priority. I have not once felt that they were too busy and trying to rush me through to get to the next patient. This is a great experience in my book.
