After having our dinosaur she ac unit go out for no apparent reason I called several different local companies to receive a diagnosis of the problem. I was quoted everything from a completely new system entirely to replacing certain components. Legacy was booked out a few days in advance but luckily we had a room ac unit to hold us over. Technician Mario came out and looked at the unit and did a really thorough job of explaining what the issues were and gave me multiple options to choose from. Once we decided we wanted to replace the outside unit only, Mario scheduled us for the replacement 2 days later. He arrived right on time, was quick with his work and everything is working great. I decided to purchase the preventative maintenance plan they offer which was very reasonable. I'll only be using these guys going forward even if it does take a day or two to schedule because they are worth the wait.
