I didn't have a great experience in my initial meeting with Gals Walking Pals. As nice as Brittany was to accommodate a change in meeting place, the person she sent in her place was not kind and gave us a negative impression about their business. When we asked questions about how the payment was processed (they ask you to pay in advance before services are performed) and documentation of the dogs was processed (they only provide notes if you are a regular client), the representative was rude and displayed annoyance that we questioned paying for services before they were performed and that there wasn't a way to quality check their care of our dogs.
Needless to say when Brittany called me to say we would not be a good fit for them, I was relieved as the meeting did not go well. We decided to sign up with Wag! Dog Walkers and had a fantastic experience. I would have liked to stay local, but unfortunately it didn't work out this time.
