I am not sure what has happened to this medical facility. It has gone down hill over time. I used to go to Gold Canyon office years ago and never had issues, but ever since I began care again but at Greenfield location, I have been passed around from Nurse Practioner to Physician Assistants like I do not matter. I cant even say I have a doctor there because the last two I have seen have LEFT. I was seen end of May and was informed they have a " new lab " they are "testing out" and they took my labs and did a nasal swab.. I wound up receiving a bill for $2200.00!! I have NEVER ever in my life paid that for labs when going through Sonora Quest or Lab Corp. Mind you $1700 of that was for a cutip to be placed inside my nose!! EXTREMELY ridiculous! The Phlebotomist informed me verbally over the phone to "not worry my balance would be written off because it was just a company stationed outside of California they were testing out". THAT is just a part of my frustration. I was just seen 5-31-17 and when I called to refill my BIRTH CONTROL pills, I was informed that because the last PA that I seen also left that in order to keep getting refills, I had to come in and RE ESTABLISH with someone new!!! I WAS JUST THERE!!!! I worked for Banner Internal Medicine for 4 years and haven't ever heard of such money hungry medical staff in my life! It is not my problem they left so I shouldn't be asked to come in and spend money to see someone new when I was JUST THERE. Moving on to a different practice. will NEVER go back!
