Amazing customer service and help! First time visit to this shop, needed help for a slide button that my Saiga 12 gauge sucked up into the housing. Though a known issue with Saigas, it is nevertheless a nightmare to fix. I called Second Amendment the day before and they were super busy with custom work. Another sign of their quality work. If they take in any job, it will take some time due to the amount of work they have. They told me stop on by to take a look at it just in case it was an easy fix. They looked at it on the spot. I watched the whole time and it became a total nightmare as these guns are not built well and fall apart easily. Three hours later and a ton of work breaking the gun completely down to fix it (not just saying sorry can't fix it), it was done! Awesome job! The whole time they were talking to me, laughing and having a good time. Really awesome guys! I can not believe there are still places like this around with a standard for quality work and truly excellent customer service. Oh and NO, I do not know them work for them or know a friend of a friend or have any motivation to give a 5 star review other than to acknowledge a truly great business. I'm just a regular guy who needed help and they did. THANK YOU!
