My engagement ring was purchased from Hyde Park in December of 2014. Every experience I've had in the store from sizing to cleaning has been awesome! As a newbie to the diamond world, I'm still learning how to properly care for my ring since I wear it everyday...and had an unfortunate experience when I allowed Kay Jewelers to clean my ring while I was shopping in the mall. Long story short, one of my stones came loose and they assured me they would reset it at no charge due to their mistake. To my disbelief, when they returned my ring to me, it was damaged and they had replaced my original stone with a smaller, lesser quality diamond. I was horrified! Thankfully, John at Hyde Park came to my rescue. He looked at my ring under the microscope and confirmed that I was not crazy! Kay cheated me out of a diamond and damaged the prongs that held the stone in place. John took it upon himself to contact Tacori and ship my ring off for the proper repairs. John kept my fiancé and I in the loop as the repairs took place and went above and beyond to help us out. I recently got my ring back from Hyde and it looks brand new! It's just as beautiful as the day I got it and I couldn't be happier about my experience! I will NEVER allow any other jeweler to handle my ring! Hyde Park for life!!!! Thanks John :)
