I was literally held hostage in my house by CenturyLink all day and the never showed up. I lost my shit on the supervisor when she told me the ticket had been marked completed. They have to come inside and install a phone jack for my internet and nobody showed up all day and I called 4 times and the first three times I was told that the technician was half an hour away so I never left the house all day. They're supposed to be here tomorrow by noon. I'm not going to hold my breath.
