I received a bill from this office that said my insurance had been cancelled. I called to inform them that the insurance had not been cancelled just switched to a different company. The girl on the phone asked for the PO Box number on the card and it did not offer one so I asked what other information I could provide to get to the next step. This girl immediately cops an attitude with me telling me "I have never even heard if this company before?". So I reply with the issue is not wether she is familiar with the company but how can you help me help you get paid?? She proceeds to tell me that she doesn't appreciate my tone and HANGS UP ON ME! I called back 5 times and got ignored until I called from a different number and a different girl answered and connected me with a "leader" who answered my question and lead me in the right direction. I hope Miss Attitude gets her shit together because there are plenty of hard working, respectful people in this world that need jobs!
