Horrible experience have been coming back and forth to get sizing beads added to my ring for several weeks and lady working counter quoted us both times they would cost $20 each and we came back to get beads on and she says $97 each sizing bead after they put them on. Poor customer service owner says remove them. I don't recommend this store. I own a successful business and would never treat a customer like this. I almost feel like they are popping my diamonds off in the back, well actually they damaged my ring after removing the sizing beads, and burnt the back of my ring added a piece of metal to my ring and now I'm having to get my ring fixed at a Professional Jeweler. Owner is extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, and doesn't stand by his pricing given by employees. He even came out and spoke to me and was blatantly rude and arrogant.
