This business is dishonest. Brought my old 2001 4Runner in for a wash, and got talked into getting it detailed with a buy one get one free detail deal. They assured me I could use the other detail on my husband's newer, nicer car, made sure to write his name on the receipt since I didn't know his plate number, etc. To my shock, when it came time to use the 'free' detail they claimed that wasn't the special and 'nobody' would ever offer that. I had my receipt with me! They wouldn't honor it and claimed it was filled out wrong. Manager 'Tanner' shrugged his shoulders and said 'this is a he said she said'. Do not bring your car here!! Rude, arrogant, and totally unscrupulous. These upsell guys will literally say ANYTHING, including lying, to get a sale. Then management backs them up. The 1 star rating is accurate here. Avoid at all costs.
Edited to add a picture of the receipt which clearly states "1 PREPAID DETAIL". Liars!!
