loved this place until today. i scheduled an appointment like I normally do, everything the exact same. Then they decide they don't have time to complete my service since they have more clients after me like I don't matter as a customer to them. The front desk girl decides to tell me that i'm only allowed to book 90 minute services which is fine but why not tell me that on the phone when i book all these different services. Kate is amazing and did a great job but i will never be returning to this place again because of that girl up front. i'm extremely disappointed, i really did like this place until today.
