I will never EVER go back to Adelante healthcare. I have paid my bill 3x over the last couple of months yet they keep sending me a bill for the exact same amount. Not only does their billing suck and is unorganized, their front end is made up of the most rude, unprofessional desk girls ever. Your job is not hard. You don't need your feet kicked up on the desk or to be talking in Spanish while you're making me wait there for papers I need. It's true that they favor the Hispanic community. The doctor I saw (can't even remember her name now) was an older lady who took 2 HOURS to remove a birth control implant and put a new one in. My arm was SO SO sore and she had to have another doctor come in and do it, which took her only 5 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE!!
