Don't order any party trays over the phone from this location. I ordered one yesterday (8/11) around 2 for a 4:30 pm pickup time. It was a large tray with chicken tenders and popcorn chicken. I specifically asked the girl I spoke with if I had to come in to order and she went nope-I'm writing it down. The tray was for kids in a non profit theatre company who were going to need to eat between shows of Tarzan. I went in at 415 to pick it up and there was no tray ready for pickup. There wasn't even enough chicken to try to fill one. The guy behind the counter apologized and did say it was his first week and everybody had left. I don't blame him since he didn't take the order and he did look in back to make sure he hadn't missed anything. Luckily I was able to call Slim Chickens and they were able to accommodate me and it was waiting when I got there.
