Just when I thought all hope was lost for customer service in Cleveland, James came and rescued the day. I have a new puppy baby so I thought I would pop in to see what they had for him. The first guy was really helpful in regards to the treats we needed for him but when we got to James at the register he was outstanding. He greeted each customer in a polite manner and even answered the phone to help a customer in need. He did it all politely and professionally and each customer before me left with a smile. Way to go!
