Mike came out to look at the problem I was having with my irrigation system. He said the entire system needed to be replaced ( it was only 8 years old) at a cost of $3500. I pleaded that there must be a leak somewhere and could they possibly find and fix it, but no, he said the system was old and needed replacing. Being a snowbird and on my way back home, I agreed and let them charge my credit card for the work. The next day my brother came over and fixed my leak in about an hour. I called to cancel the work from Mastescapes and get a refund. They gave me a hard time but agreed on a refund. It took them 10 more days to address the refund after many calls and threats, and I also had to file a complaint with the AZ Attorney General's office. This company is unethical and unscrupulous. I would never recommend them.
