I purchased quartz countertops in late 2017. I was happy with the price and initial service, however everything else lacked. The installer who was recommended by Window Depot, Pedro was not a great communicator. He missed the instal date and rescheduled then needed my sink for cutting at a moments notice. At the instal we all realized he didn't understand we had a slide in range. It took TWO months to get him to correct the issue. In addition my undermount sink is not cut or mounted correctly (it's off center) and the area behind my stove does not match the rest of my counter. You might be wondering how Window Depot helped me... they didn't. I called several times asking for them to reach out to Pedro with no support. This is why I am reviewing Window Depot and sharing my experience with Pedro. My counter is beautiful but don't look too close.
