I'm updating my previous review because the company did make an effort to make things right. During my next appointment to see how my trials were working, I met with a different doctor who was much more attentive to what I said. Kim, who works up front, offered me two weeks of free trials shipped to my home at no cost to me, which was much appreciated. I'm still hesitant to give them more than three stars, since two of three visits were less than satisfactory, and it took action from upper management to get me a decent visit. I'll have to see how my next appointment goes.
