This is a free standing store not in a casino or airport etc . After standing in line for 15 minutes because the service was extremely slow I was unable to redeem my birthday offer. 'Oh sorry we are not a franchise store'. Signs would be nice! So am I not earning points when I make a purchase? Are the special promotions or seasonal items not available? This appears to work one way you can take but not give. You can take gift cards and use the app etc. I get it but I don't like wasting time, I could have gone somewhere else. My window of time to get coffee was a bust.
