I have been following Frank & Oak for quite a while now. Love the fashion and the pricing is exactly right. After a few successful orders, I've run into a few bumps. But, that is not why I am writing this review. I am writing because the stellar customer service of F&O has solidified them as my favorite online store, fashion or otherwise.
They ran out of something that I had ordered but within a day they had caught their error, informed me, refunded my card and gave me a gift certificate! Wow!
My next order mysteriously never showed up even though the tracking said it arrived. I contacted F&O and they reshipped my order and refunded the now sold-out shirt I had ordered, no questions asked.
Coming from a background I'm retail, I know things happen. But, it is taking care of your customers like this that creates loyalty and grows a business in a sustainable way. Bravo and kudos; you have a customer for life!
