I would give no star if I could. I went there to see Dr. Scott who I saw at a previous different office years ago and had a great experience. I drove 2 hours to see him and was 15 minutes late for my appointment. Incurred horrible traffic (accident and roadwork) left my house an hour before mapquest said to, to be told nope you have to reschedule. I begged and pleaded to be seen and no, they don't give crap about people just their policies and money. They were rude and I called in advance to let them know I would be 10-15 late. They don't care. Not practical and absolutely unreasonable. Wish I would have read all the horrible reviews before wasting 3 hours of my time. I was told then I would have saw his assistant anyways not him... Well I made the appointment with him not his assistant.
