The first time was barely ok.
The second time was not at all ok.
The casita was somewhat ok but when we 1st arrived to the room the couches did not have seat covers on them. So we could not sit down. It took hours for them to put them back on.
"Water park" not ok. We all had to get out of the big pool because to much chlorine was in it.
The other pools were dirty. And never cleaned.
Everything in the hotel needs to be renovated.
The pools, the water park and the hotel are dirty and falling apart.
The staff could be friendlier.
Will not return for 3rd time.
