I am a big fan of this PetSmart location. Ever since I got my puppy last fall I have found the staff extremely helpful with questions and recommendations for my dog. I have used the Pet Hotel here a few times and my dog always seems super pumped to go & play with his doggie friends at the Doggie Daycare they offer also.
Yesterday I took my dog for grooming and they did a fantastic job. I really like the fact that you can see what's going on in the grooming room. I want to make sure my dog is comfortable and not scared, and being treated properly and that is why I chose this place for grooming instead of another dog spa.
It really makes a difference with staff that love dogs and it is extremely comforting to know that my dog will be well taken care of if I leave him there.
It's also super convenient because it's a 5 minute drive from Pearson Airport so it's great they have a Pet Hotel that my dog can stay at when I am out of town.
They have a pretty great selection of dog toys & treats & supplies. The only negative thing I have to say about them is they don't have very many clothes options for large dogs. What can I say, I like to dress my dog up in shirts sometimes and I can't find items large enough for him at this location. Everything else about the store is excellent.
