We currently reside in building 8 of this complex and on the first floor. The tenants upstairs are extremely noisy lots of stomping and bumping going on all night long and days.
My neighbors across the hall complained of the same issue as they can here the banging as well in there unit. We made several complaints but the office and management stated they could do nothing about the noise only if it's in the common area... Ha this is such a joke I don't recommend you spend your high dollars on a complex that can't control how noisy a tenant is. Breaks your rest at 11p/12a/1am and onward. Glad my lease is soon enough.
This is really ridiculous and poor management to be honest.
