I have been coming to Jack & Son's for over 7 years so this review is much overdue. The last time I was here (which was 2 weeks ago), I towed my vehicle in because it wouldn't start up. It wasn't a battery issue since I just got a new battery installed so my car was left in the shop over the weekend (dropped off on a Friday and they were closed Saturday & Sunday) so I didn't get a diagnostic until Tuesday afternoon. I was fine with that because I wasn't in a rush to get my car back. Kenny called and explained that my battery was sitting really low so it was blocking the alternator, which causes a misfire and wouldn't let my engine turn on. He said the only thing that needed to be changed was the serpentine belt, and he gave me the prices for each belt (needed 2) and the price for labor. Asked if I'd like it changed here or if I like, I can take it elsewhere. They didn't charge me for anything! Very friendly, super reliable, and honest people!
