This place saved me. I drive for ride share companies & my phone had dropped in the toilet (don't ask). Well no phone means no work. I thought it should be an easy fix since I had a warranty. After visiting 3 Apple retail stores over 2 days, no one had my phone in stock. It would take 2-3 days. That's 2-3 days of no work/pay plus the 2 I had already lost. I started to freak out. Apple Genius suggested I just buy a new phone then return it when mine comes in. Sure I have $600 laying around to just buy & exchange phones! Nope. So I called Computer Doctor BG & they were already so comforting on the phone. I rushed down & they were able to process my AppleCare & get me my new phone & gave me a loaner while I waited. I was there about 20 min total vs 2+ hours at each Apple Store. This saved me losing 5 days of much needed work/money.
I can't thank them enough. I didn't need to pay extra than my copay for this above & beyond service (which I would've) but they are just great. I wasted 2 days at Apple Stores-just wish I came here first. I'm coming back to bring my older iBook to see if it can be saved too & any other PC/Mac issues I'll ever have...new customer for life!!!
