Having rented cars for over 20 years from Avis and Hertz in USA and Canada, I know this Enterprise location has the best customer service of any rental agency hands down. They have easy to reserve online website, staff are very helpful/accommodating, and they have nice clean cars.
I have been renting here regularly (at least twice a month) and the service is always excellent. James, Logan, Alexandra, and few more nice people i'm forgetting their names right now - are all great. My experience has been consistent since day one, and i'm satisfied with all my rentals.
This location is close to my place and they often have latest car models. Although I never interact with the crew in the workshop, they do a good job and take care of their cars - every car I ever rented was clean, which is incredibly important for any car rental location. I appreciate a clean car.
They also seem to always have inexpensive rates, even when booking online few days in advance.
