SCAM ALERT! We bought a Team Buy and showed up here. After calling in advance to book an appointment, we showed up and were told we'd have to leave our cars here for the full day even though on the phone he assured us it would take no more than 2-3 hours. What was even worse was the fact that the owner advised us that because there were salt stains on my mats, he would charge $40 additional to clean the mats which we had already paid for in our voucher. When I refused to do so, the owner demanded another $30 for 'taxes' and 'gratuity' up front. Being a tax specialist, I laughed in his face and called him out on his scam. Tax on a $40 voucher = $5.20...not $30. I do not get how he can demand a $25 gratuity up front on a $40 voucher. Where I come from (Canadia), this is referred to as EXTORTION and is illegal. Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT come here. If you do, go next door to the Petro Canada car wash as at least they will not try to pull a quick one on you...
