I used to like going to this place until today! WORST customer service I've ever had at any nail salon. I was shocked to find out this lady, CINDY, was also the owner/manager afterwards.. she was in a rush the whole time and kept getting up every 5 minutes to check people out. She had zero etiquette even after I wanted to go somewhere else to put polish on my full set after waiting 1 hour & 30 mins. I finally had a full set & high blood pressure. The other staff had to tell her to stop talking to me the way she was. She never bothered apologizing either & charged me extra for "coffin" shaped nails. I wanted to leave without polish but she insisted it would still be full price. Several people that started after me were done with their full sets while I wasn't even ready for polish yet!
