Absolutely unprofessional. Had an extended warranty on our dishwasher and sears referred this company to come out. Not only wasted our time, but didn't even want to touch the dishwasher because he couldn't find the model number. As we were in the process of calling sears, he said he can't do anything and just walked out leaving us hanging. Classless and unprofessional. I would have gone some place else except this was under warranty. Says a lot about who Sears chooses to work with.
