Lack of customer service front desk doesn't seem to know what they're doing. They are open for lunch but when you call there is an automated message saying they are not. Also they leave the doors open for lunch but no one is up front to greet you. All staff is in the back eating lunch without a sign or any type of notice that there are people actually there, leaving customers/patients confused about what they are to do. The doctors are great. But the staff needs improvement. They make the business look unorganized. Front desk has an attitude with patients as if it is the patient's fault that the front desk chose this place as a job. If you don't like it, quit. But don't give attitude. I will not be returning.
