So I've been treated for eczema my whole life. ( same routine / it's not a severe case but enough where I receive a topical steroid prescription every other year )
Well this clinic after 2 years bumps a patient out of the system and you are no longer considered an "established " patient and now considered " new" and have to get in as a "new" patient and you know those appointments book out weeks!!!!!
So you can't just refill my script..... I'm no longer established and now I have to wait a month???
Sounds completely ridiculous...........
Dr. Lewis was the best there and He left ....hmmmm

Don't say it's your policy .... You create those yourself .....
