If the restaurant doesn't want to allow reservations, then it better knows how to properly estimate the wait time. And it should have the courtesy to call people if customer is willing to wait nearby. It's ridiculous a restaurant makes customers wait for 2 frigging hours and makes it seem normal. If the restaurant keeps on letting people walk out of the door because of long wait, it won't stay open for long. It's not worth the wait.
