Dr. Ferenczi is a great doctor and has really helped me. I use to see her at Banner in Sun City and was very pleased with the office and facility. Since she's moved to this location I've been less than satisfied. The staff is rude at times and never seems to know what is going on. I dread calling the facility for anything knowing I will have to speak to unsatisfactory customer service. It is also very frustrating talking to the doctor's medical assistants with doctor feedback because the one I have experience with is also clueless, discouraging and unorganized. I understand there isn't time to talk to Dr. Ferenczi herself on the phone, but maybe hire someone with more knowledge to consult with patients on important matters over the phone. It would be sad to not get to see an excellent doctor because of the poor staff surrounding her but I drive quite far out of my way to see her and have to communicate mostly with the staff. Am thinking of switching doctors because of the staff.
