I called them on a Sunday when everyone else was closed. I had a clogged kitchen sink that we tried to remedy ourselves over several months but clog kept coming back. I spoke to Lily on the phone and she was super nice and helpful. I always appreciate an in-office person who has a great attitude and frankly, it's a big reason why we decided to use LV Rooter Dan. Anyway, Dan arrived 30-45 minutes later and got to work right away. We ended up going with hydro jetting and the amount of crap that came out was unbelievable. Dan was prompt, polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Got the job done very efficiently. I highly recommend them!
