This was the most painful blood test I've ever had. The girl kept moving around so the needle kept moving with her. I actually yelped for the first time ever during a simple blood test. She didn't care - she moved two more times. They also don't have pillows to put under your arm for people with arm issues or those in a wheel chair. I told her that was the worst blood test I've ever had and she gave me a sarcastic "sorry."The office is also old and dingy, no one was friendly, and I left a message to speak to the manager and no one called me back. Use the Sonora Quest lab in old town Scottsdale or basically any other one but this one.
