I'm sad to post, what seems to be the only mediocre review for this place. I went in in October for an oil change, and you have to pull your own car into the bay, which makes me uncomfortable, but okay. Everything went alright, except $110 for an oil change seems a bit much, but the service was fine, and speedy.
Well, the transmission in my truck just went out, and I took her to Ted Weins, who told me fluids were completely over filled, and trash-nasty dirty.
This is completely inappropriate, especially since ya'll told me you "topped everything off" and "All was well" Please see attached picture for proof of fluid misuse. I'm not saying in any way that they caused my tranny problems, just that they filled incorrectly. Considering it's a $75,000 vehicle, and I love her dearly, I wont be back.
