First off I'd like to say I truly really do like the owner. I also agree the prices are very fair. When I bought my home a year and a half ago I started purchasing things from Mexicana Rose. Never once have I returned anything. I literally have bought thousands of dollars from their store. Today I went to Cave Creek to return an onyx wine holder, that I purchased from Mexicana Rose. The reason for my return it did not fit in the area where I would like it. I wanted to return it and actually purchase a more expensive Onyx wine holder. I walked in and I talked to the owner , and asked her this favor. She said absolutely not. She said Onyx cannot be returned. She also then stated it says this on the bottom of my receipt. She is correct. The thing is after buying thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from her she could have returned this $160 item, and I would have purchased a $230 item. The sad thing is I will never shop here again.
